Folder Monitor is an application written in Java that helps you monitor a folder for a specified file type. You are able to set the command you want to carry out and then run it on that file.
You can monitor several folders at once; the application will provide you with a list of the folders you're monitoring at any given time.
Any time a change is made to your directories a notification will be sent to your system tray, along with a detailed report that you can view from the main window.
Free Folder Monitor provides you with a very simple interface that's easy to use and can run any command with an unlimited number of parameters.
Even though it's only available in English, it's so easy to use and has such a user-friendly interface that you shouldn't have any problems even if English is not your first language.
